My work focuses on the relationship between the domestic object and the oscillations of couples.

The original starting point is formed from the chosen objects which are drawn more from the vintage and domestic environment. I then remake and rearrange these objects to form a sculptural representation of the relationships between two parts.

The intention is to reflect the behavior between two or in some instances three parts. Such transformations oscillate between reactionary or platonic objects. There are elements of desire, interactions of physical and emotional attachments. I aim to bring to life these inanimate objects through form and consider both the masculine and feminine components.

Materials considered are a response to the malleability and physical appearance; they could include clay to suggest formed body parts, shellac to create a skin and the rearrangement of the readymade to demonstrate dysfunction.
