My sculpture remains a very personal exploration of the three dimensional form and the juxtaposition of shapes. There is a clear organic basis to many of my finished works, with symbolic statements and allegorical elements to be found in surface detail and occasionally in the fundamental structure itself. Each , sculpture can be seen and appreciated as a separate statement, with its own visual integrity, or a larger group can reveal something of the continuing search for understanding of form, the development of aesthetic exploration and frequently the sheer enjoyment of being a sculptor and being allowed to have so much fun with materials. .
