I
am a Yorkshire born sculptor working from a studio in Dean Clough, Halifax.
To me thirteen moons infers increased fertility and abundance. The three pieces
I am exhibiting are made from Serpentine stone and Cast Iron, materials I work
in a lot. They are natural materials found in the earth we live on. Fertility
depends on new life. In the beginning life formed in the natural elements of
the earth, making, the stone and iron I use very appropriate for the exhibition.
