For
a long time {and much earlier than this specific exhibition Nature and Man's
relationship to it and the Cosmos has had a significant influence on my thinking
and my attempts in the work I do to give form to this speculation. Birth, Death,
lnfinity, are the stuff of which dreams are made. The moon and its continuing
mystery {despite Man's foot having been placed on it} is the stepping-stone
for us into the lnfinity of the Cosmos, whilst at the same time linking us in
our ignorance and wonder with our earliest ancestors when presented with its
nightly rebirth and phases.
